Privacy Policy
Effective date:August 29, 2026
Yujing Xunqi is operated by individual developer Peng Le. The current version uses an on-device-first design and does not provide a Developer account or cloud synchronization.
This Policy explains the information the App actually processes, its purposes, permissions, external flows, retention, backup, deletion, and contact channels.
1. Scope and controller
This Policy applies to the Yujing Xunqi iOS App. The countries or regions where the App is actually available are those in which it can be downloaded or purchased on the App Store. The Developer explains processing determined within the App.
When users choose Apple, WeChat, email, system sharing, or another third-party service, that provider processes information under its own rules.
2. Information processed on device and purposes
The App may process archive or customer names, birth date and time, sex, relationships, property type, construction year, floors, directions, door orientation, measured angles, floor plans, annotations, compass measurements, drafts, preferences, and local archives on device.
Data restores drafts, performs on-device rule calculations, displays results, manages archives, creates prompts, and performs user-selected export, copy, or sharing. Core archives, birth data, floor plans, annotations, and measurements are not currently uploaded to Developer servers.
3. Permissions and more sensitive data
Camera permission is requested only after a user chooses to take a photo. iOS photo and file pickers provide only selected content. Compass following requests While Using location permission for system direction and compass capabilities.
Birth details, minor data, precise household and property information, and identified floor plans or measurements may be sensitive. Enter them only when necessary and authorized.
4. Functions that may connect or leave the App
Purchasing and restoring membership use Apple StoreKit. Updates, version checks, and App Store pages use Apple services. The App receives product presentation and transaction-verification results.
Opening the Apple Standard EULA, or actively using email, WeChat, system sharing, or similar functions, may connect to a network or leave the App. Merely viewing the in-App Privacy Policy or Contact Us dialog does not connect to a network.
5. Copying, sharing, and disclosure
The Developer does not sell core local archives or provide them to advertisers. Selected content leaves the App only when a user copies, exports, shares, emails, or opens a third-party service.
Copying writes to the general system pasteboard. Other apps may read it, and Universal Clipboard may synchronize it. The current version does not set local-only access or automatic expiration.
6. Retention, backup, and deletion
Local data generally remains until the relevant archive or draft is deleted, App data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled. iOS backup, migration, and storage attributes may preserve or transfer data; the Developer cannot control those system copies for the user.
PDF export uses an App temporary directory. After abnormal termination, a temporary copy may remain until later cleanup. Deletion is not immediate and irreversible erasure of every copy.
7. Security, choices, and minors
The App uses the iOS sandbox and available file protection, but no method is perfectly secure. iOS may create an App Switcher snapshot containing the visible page when the App enters the background.
Users can view, correct, or delete local archives and adjust permissions in iOS Settings. The App is not primarily directed to minors; applicable guardian-consent and special-protection duties must be satisfied when processing minor data.
8. Regional boundaries, updates, and contact
The current version has no Developer-controlled cross-border upload of core archives. When users choose an overseas service, information may be handled under that service's locations and rules. Mandatory privacy and consumer rules may vary by region.
This Policy and its effective date are updated when features, data flows, or legal requirements change. Privacy questions, complaints, or rights requests may be sent to kunmalu@163.com or WeChat Yujingfengshui.
